"We were from out of state coming down to Florida to begin exploring the area of Cape Coral and start our search for our future home. Chelsea was very knowledgeable and professional. She has a caring relaxed personality. I am appreciative that she respected where we are in the process. She appears to have great relationships with the builders and community representatives which is important. She spent time with us on FaceTime to get our thoughts before we even traveled to the area for our visit. I appreciated that she quickly adjusted our search plan for both days based on our comments and answers to her questions so that we could focus our time on the correct price point, houses and communities. "Go on YouTube and search “Cape Coral real estate” and you’ll find several realtors with clickbait/flashy titles meant to draw you in. That was me, and I watched them all. Glad I did because in doing so, I found Chelsea Robinson. Chelsea is that rare professional that is a master of ALL the key elements in real estate. She assisted us through a home purchase that took over 6 months to complete as we were out of state. She provides data, insights, and guidance in a manner that allows you the client to make the best decision for you. Chelsea is patient and understanding but can be strong and confident when negotiations require it. In my opinion, she is a world class realtor and just a darn good human.
